Wednesday 2nd March 2011 saw families from across Manly & the Northern Beaches decend on Rialto Sqaure for our first ever Kids Parade, highlighting the new Autumn Winter collections.
And what a morning it was; champagne was following along with the delicous brunch put on by the fabulous "bench" cafe. We were able to raise $2000 for the Bear Cottage Kids Hospice here in the Manly
Mums and bubs walked to crusiey tunes, the kids showcasing adorable looks from Mamapapa, Chalk n Cheese, Munster, Megan Park, French label Polder, Walnut boots from Melbourne and the alternative every mum has been looking for; Native plastic sneakers retailing at $60!!!
Our mums were rugged up and looking so chic parading in cosy basics and boots from Skin & Threads, jeans & scarves by Superfine, knits and dresses from international labels Hoss Inropia, Designer Remix and Malene Birger, local favourites like Kate Slyvester, Manning Cartell and divine pieces on behalf of our other fav' boutique "McLean & Page" including Australian designers Camilla and Marc, Kirrily Johnson, Gary Bigeni, Willow and our first season of Sass and Bide.
The morning finished off with a spending spree, the mums and all our little ones getting their hands on all the latest kids stock at 25% off!
